At Blue Thistle we have a passion for printing your photos on wood. Through our specialized process we take your photos and print them directly on premium baltic birch wood resulting in super vibrant colours, retaining high quality without sacrificing clarity.

Not only do we print photos on wood, we offer three different variations - Wood Prints, Floatmount Wood Prints, and Photoboard Wood Prints - to tailor the fit and perfectly match your style! So what makes each of these options unique?

 Intended to be displayed on a stand or in a frame, our Wood Prints are printed on 1/8" baltic birch. These a thin, flat prints that do not come ready to hang but are the perfect option to decorate your desk or table.

Photoboard Wood Prints

Photoboard Wood Prints are a thicker, more substantive version of our Wood Prints that come ready-to-hang with a keyhole slot. The side profile of these 3/4" baltic birch panels highlights the beauty of every layer that combines to create each piece. Hang these individually or as a gallery with our Photoboard Grid Sets. 

Bring your photos off the wall! Our Floatmount Wood Prints are 1/8" baltic birch panels mounted to a recessed 3/4" frame. This hanging method creates a dropshadow effect that make it appears as though your images are floating just off the wall. This elegant option comes ready to hang with a keyhole slot and can be hung individually or as a collection with our Floatmount Grid Sets.
